1. Eligible Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.
We do not accept returns for opened packages or used products.
Returns and refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 90 days of delivery
If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or within 90 days of delivery for unopened and unused products to request assistance.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- If the issue is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your return is processed.
